Strawberry muthafuckin jam

Ingredients

  • 200g castor sugar

  • 200g fresh strawberries (Leaves removed)

  • 15ml lemon juice

Method

  1. In a pot add all the ingredients, smash them and bring them to a boil.

  2. Reduce the heat to a simmer and keep stiring.

  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the jam reaches a consistency you like. The longer you cook it the thicker it will be.

Store it in the fridge.
